Return Policy for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment and Other Hi-Tech Products

*All of our products are special order items. All Sales are Final!

We at TBO-TECH, INC. strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific TBO-TECH, INC. product page.

All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by TBO-TECH, INC. before any products are returned. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. RETURN POLICY: All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special order items and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer, or if the product has a manufactures defect. Which, in both cases, the product(s) will be repaired or replaced accordingly and RETURNED to the customer. All returns for damage or defects must be authorized by TBO-TECH, INC. before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and the product(s) must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). Special exceptions for returning your order may be made on a CASE-BY-CASE basis. We will NOT accept returns because the product is "too big", "too small", "does not fit in with the area", etc. If you have a question regarding one of our products, such as dimensions, where the camera is located in the item, etc., and you are unable to find that information on our website, please contact us by phone, (910) 426-5722, or by email. In the event we do authorize a return, TBO-TECH, INC. will replace the product(s) or process a refund at TBO-TECH INC.'s discretion. NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from TBO-TECH, INC.

A TBO-TECH INC. representative must authorize the return, and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from TBO-TECH, INC. Returns that are shipped to TBO-TECH, INC. by the customer without prior authorization will be subject to refusal of package, and will be returned to the customer.

When returning the product(s), TBO-TECH, INC. requires that the customer use a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, also insuring the package for the full value of the product(s). Using these methods will ensure safe delivery to TBO-TECH, INC. It is NOT recommended to ship the package via regular US Mail. Please notify TBO-TECH, INC. with the tracking number or delivery confirmation number once the package has shipped.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

WARRANTY:
We guarantee all TBO-TECH, INC. products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s)at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
